RMA number + label

You receive an RMA number and a prepaid shipping label within one working day.

Send in the device

Pack the device safely with the RMA number visible on the outside. Drop off at a post office or schedule a pickup.

Diagnosis

Our technicians inspect the device. Within warranty: free replacement/repair. Out of warranty: fixed-price quote first.

Return shipment

Repaired/replaced device ships back to you. Typical turnaround: 5–10 working days from arrival at our facility.
